Philipp Dreihann-Holenia advises clients mainly on corporate, commercial, employment and real estate law matters. His practice focuses on corporate and regulatory issues, litigation and contract law, and he represents clients in court proceedings as well as in complex negotiations. His experience covers a broad range of industries, including banking, technology, real estate and consumer goods.

Prior to his bar admission, Philipp gained substantial experience as an associate at B&S Böhmdorfer Schender Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Vienna, where he worked on high-profile mandates across corporate, commercial law, public law and litigation. He also served as Senior Legal Advisor at N26 Bank GmbH in Berlin, focusing on regulatory and contractual compliance for the fintech sector. Earlier stages of his career included positions at Brauneis Klauser Prändl Rechtsanwälte GmbH (bkp) in Vienna, and international experience at Kirk & Simas Pro Law Corporation in California.

He holds a Magister degree in Law from the University of Vienna and successfully passed the Austrian Bar Exam in 2018. Philipp completed his judicial clerkship in Klagenfurt, gaining experience in civil and criminal law.

In addition to his legal background, he has developed an entrepreneurial mindset through experience in management and private equity environments. Philipp is particularly interested in digital innovation, corporate governance and the intersection between law and emerging technologies.
