Alexander Mazevsky
Alexander Mazevski advises his clients on corporate, corporate, foundation and family law matters. His special consulting focus is on conflict management and mediation. Furthermore, he looks back on an international career in the life science and security sector, where he is still active as an entrepreneur. He therefore often acts as a sparring partner in our clients' corporate strategy issues.
Before founding VALFORD Rechtsanwälte, Alexander Mazevski worked as a lawyer at PwC Legal in the M&A, Private Wealth and Family Business practice groups and before that at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte in the M&A area. He completed his law degree at the University of Vienna and a postgraduate Master of Laws degree at the University of Hamburg.
In addition to his legal training, Alexander Mazevski is currently completing his postgraduate studies in “Mediation and Conflict Management” at the Sigmund Freund University in Vienna and works as a mediator.

Alexander Mazevsky
Matthias Trummer advises his clients on corporate, corporate, contract and insolvency law matters. His more than 12 years of experience spans a variety of industries, in particular manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, technology and digital business areas.
Before founding VALFORD Rechtsanwälte, Matthias Trummer worked as a lawyer at PwC Legal, where he headed the M&A practice group. He is a sought-after speaker and author of publications on corporate and insolvency law as well as legal tech and legal innovation topics. In 2014 he was one of the youngest lawyers in Austria and was honored for his work at the chair of Univ.-Prof. dr Andreas Konecny's dissertation on insolvency law at the University of Vienna was awarded the Banking Association Prize (formerly the Walther Kastner Prize).
In addition to his legal training, he also holds an Executive Master's degree in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership from the renowned Grande école ESCP Business School. He is currently developing a legal innovation startup and is an entrepreneur in the e-commerce sector.
